This Privacy Policy describes how Invoxa ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our invoicing and expense tracking service.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, password (hashed), profile photo.
- Workspace data: clients, invoices, expenses, receipts you create.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP address, and product analytics.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process invoices and payments on your behalf.
- Send transactional and product update emails.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
How we share your information
We don't sell your data. We share limited information with service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics) under strict contracts, and when required by law.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from your settings, or by emailing privacy@invoxa.app.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 30 days.
