By accessing or using Invoxa, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Service Description
Invoxa is a cloud-based invoicing, expense tracking, receipt scanning, and business finance management platform.
Subscription Billing
Invoxa subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time from their account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are provided only where required by applicable law. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless mandated by law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@invoxa.live with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Violate applicable laws
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Abuse platform resources or disrupt services
Account Termination
Invoxa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, trademarks, and materials provided through Invoxa remain the property of Invoxa or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Invoxa is provided on an "as-is" basis. Users are responsible for reviewing financial data before making business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoxa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Availability and Changes
Lifetime Subscription
A Lifetime Subscription provides access to the purchased Lifetime plan for as long as the Invoxa service remains commercially available and operational. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Invoxa service, not the lifetime of the customer.
We reserve the right to add, modify, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, or third-party services included in the Lifetime plan if they become unavailable, are discontinued by their providers, become commercially impractical, or cannot reasonably be maintained. Where reasonably possible, we will provide comparable functionality.
If Invoxa permanently discontinues its services due to business closure, legal requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Lifetime Subscriptions will also terminate. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to affected customers whenever practicable.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
