By using Invoxa, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your account, including all activity under it.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Invoxa to send spam, fraudulent invoices, or illegal content.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Respect the rights of your clients and recipients.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Your content
You own the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account anytime from settings.
Disclaimer
Invoxa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not your accountant — consult a professional for tax or legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
