Subscription Billing
Invoxa subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time from their account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are provided only where required by applicable law. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless mandated by law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@invoxa.live with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
